Apple TV Returns
Returning an Apple TV comes with its terms and policies and thus holds its separate segment.
Any Apple TV unit that is unopened can be returned to any Suddenlink store within 14 days of the date of purchase.
If you wish to return the product, you must submit the original receipt or copy of the order confirmation email. To qualify, the device has to be unopened and in the same condition, it was received. If their original packaging has been removed, their shrink-wrap has been damaged, or they have been marked, Apple TVs cannot be returned.
Once the 14-day period has passed, devices cannot be returned or refunded. The Suddenlink shop is the only place to return devices purchased from Suddenlink. You will receive a credit/debit card refund once your purchase of an Apple TV is fully completed.
If you have paid for funded equipment at least once, you will be refunded via check or prepaid gift card. There is a 12-month limited warranty on Apple TV, and you receive free technical support for up to 90 days if you paid for funded equipment.
