To kick things off, Super Mario Odyssey will be getting its first significant DLC since launch with the addition of the Balloon World competitive mini-game. A mix between hide and seek and time trial, Balloon World has two modes. The first has players hiding balloons for other players to find, while the second has players looking for balloons other players have hidden. In both modes, players have 30 seconds to move up the competitive ranks by becoming either expert hiders or expert finders.

Odyssey’s Balloon Mode will release sometime in February and bring with it new outfits, as well as new filters for SnapShot mode.

Not to be outdone by Super Mario Odyssey, Pokken Tournament DX will also receive new content in the form of a two-wave battle pack. Currently available for $14.99, the battle pack will give players access to new Pokemon and avatar items. Wave 1 will release January 31 and include Aegislash, Mega Rayquaza, and Mimikyu. Wave 2 will release March 23 and include Blastoise, Mew, and Celebi.

Finally, the Ubisoft-developed mashup Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle will get a raucous addition to its cast of already-zany characters in Donkey Kong. Set to release sometime this spring, players will be able to purchase this DLC pack on its own or as part of the game’s Season Pass. Those who purchase the Gold Edition of the game will also receive this DLC pack at no additional cost.
